    For most people, the path to eliminating pain involves 3 steps: 1) Improving mobility (the ability to move through a full range of motion); 2) Improving strength (the ability of your joints and muscles to overcome resistance); and 3) Improving stability (the ability to control joint movement through a range of motion).
